Gate codes have been issued to each property owner for their personal use and should be given to anyone other than family members and personal associates. UPS and FedX already have their own codes.

When requesting a new gate code, remote or update to the phone number/contact on the gate directory:
Provide your name, address, or lot number.
New or replacement remote gate openers can be purchased on line from various suppliers. From Walmart or Amazon, the cost is approximately $25-$35.
The specification for remote with the correct frequency is:

Once you receive your remote, email us a picture of the label
(5 digit) on the back of the remote. We will then program the remote to work with the WME gate and confirm when it’s ready for use.
